Investing in a project

IIF’s purpose lies in creating value on the basis of a common ground of shared interests with the creators and promoters of original, trailblazing projects — as well as with any potential co-investors.

Projects must be “ethical” and they should trigger a strong emotional response from the investors in order to be eligible for an investment.

Revenue generation is indeed a necessary, but not sufficient, condition in order to invest in a brand new business project.

Choosing a project

For IIF, a business project must be striking; it must inspire feelings in others as well as create value within a relatively short window.
Entrepreneurs have to be the first people to truly believe in their own projects.

Objectives

IIF’s main objective is to create and realize value within a brief time window. The projects selected by IIF might sometimes be high-risk endeavors; however, they all have to show the potential to generate a substantial revenue within a short time frame. Moreover, finding successful ways to realize the created value has to be one of the starting points of our collaboration.

Emotions

Investing in a business project must spark emotions in order to make everyone feel involved in something special: a groundbreaking product or service, a beneficial impact on the environment or on society, astonishing results, maximum customer satisfaction, a network of interesting personalities, and an engaging and charismatic entrepreneur. Nowadays, financial markets offer many opportunities that can eventually generate revenue, albeit without kindling the fiery passion within the investors that will lead to a long-time, successful partnership.
For IIF, a business project must rely and focus on the feelings and emotions it evokes, or will evoke, in everybody who supports and works on it.
